Really smart, limited functions but purchased for occasional use, without compromise on call quality.

Everything you want from a home phone. I am really happy with this phone having bought the 2-pack. I bought this phone set because of the eco technology and because of its positive reviews, and despite the many less positive reviews that say the phone is very quiet (because i didn’t see how this be likely). I am glad i went ahead because this is all the home phone i will ever need. The build quality is very good, and whilst the plastic is hard and thin, it is textured and comfortable and feels like it will last. No rubbery bits that eventually peel off, or silver coating that eventually wears through. The sound quality is top notch – i can only think that some other reviewers do not realise that they can turn the earpiece volume up. I have normal hearing and the loudest setting is too loud. The ringer volume is also absolutely fine. We live in a relatively large house (3,000 sq ft) with many walls, and i can hear at least one of these phones from anywhere when they ring.

Very cheap, works well, easy to set up and add phone numbers, shame it has limited storage for phone numbers.

Gigaset A120 Single DECT Cordless Phone – Black : We decided that this phone was a good idea. We only have the single handset. We’ve had a landline phone number forever, but no phone. With my kids staying home more, and me being at home, pregnant with twins, we decided that this phone was a good idea. We only have the single handset, but that’s all we need. It was easy to set up, and being able to program the numbers into it is very helpful. I’m pleased with this purchase.

    Works fine and integrated itself with the address books on other. Works fine and integrated itself with the address books on other home phones in the house. Doesn’t have a speaker for those long waits for utilities and banks etc.

      1. Good product, easy to set up, the only negative is the call volume is low so can sometimes be difficult to hear a conversation.

    1. Got this for my daughter as her kids kept breaking. Got this for my daughter as her kids kept breaking her corded phone. She loves it and has only found one problem with it (which is her own fault) – she walks round with the phone resting between her ear and shoulder and keeps cutting people off when she presses her ear a bit too hard on the phone.
